The SMART GIVING program is a "Giving From How You Are Living Funding Program".
It is a method by which donors redirect residual-monthly-funds to their favorite ministry organization through the normal purchases they make everyday.
In other words, residual funds can be generated for your ministry just by how your supporters live their lives!
The key to the program stems from the relationships that Tim Brown (legendary NFL player with the Oakland Raiders football team) has been able to establish between Locker 81, Visa and several of the largest banking institutions in the U.S.
Through these relationships, Tim has successfully negotiated an arrangement where a percentage of the merchant transaction processing fees that are paid to Visa can be funneled to a ministry of choice by an owner of a SMART GIVING VISA DEBIT CARD.
So if a supporter of your ministry owned a SMART GIVING VISA DEBIT CARD they would be generating funds for your ministry everytime they would make a purchase with their card.
